Bridgewater Lofts at Uprise opened in August 2022, and is a unique concept - first of its kind - in Spokane! The lofts are a short walking distance from the Centennial Trail, Kendall Yards, and attached to Uprise Brewery.

Our Units

Brand new to Spokane! Bridgewater Lofts has 4 upstairs studio units and 1 main floor studio unit that is ADA compliant. Centrally located, close to shopping and the Centennial Trail. Organic bedding, premium coffee, free WIFI, and featuring local artist pieces from Ben Joyce Studios. Each room is well appointed with a Keurig® coffee pot, small refrigerator, and microwave.
