Unit 1 is pet friendly and ADA compliant ($40 add’l pet fee). Units 2 - 5 do not allow pets.

Each unit has a mini-refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and glassware - perfect for storing & reheating any meals. Your airbnb is attached to Uprise Brewery, which serves a full menu along with their craft beer selections. Check them out at https://www.uprisebeer.com/. We are also walking distance to Kendall Yards, which has other dining options.

Quiet time at the brewery begins at 10pm Monday - Thursday, and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. While our rooms are well-insulated, you may hear noise from the patio until quiet hours during your stay.

Check-in for all units begins at 3:00pm, and check out is 10am.

Parking is first come-first serve on the surrounding streets and in the parking lot.

Bridgewater Lofts takes security very seriously. The units have a private gate with very secure access. Each unit also has a keypad with a secure access code for entry. And for added security, locking the deadbolt will turn on the 'privacy mode' and disable the keypad from being used from the outside.
